Chelsea Drinkard is a Tampa native and received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Florida (UNF). Chelsea began her commercial real estate career in 2014 at Office Space Brokers. Office Space Brokers is a family owned, boutique-style commercial real estate firm, specializing in advising business who lease and purchase office space in the Greater Tampa Bay.
As a female in a male-dominated industry, Chelsea noticed a gap for women of faith in business to be encouraged, equipped and to lead in business. Chelsea is the Founder and Area Director for Christian Business Women’s Connection (CBWC) Tampa Bay, Single’s Contributor for Strong and Courageous Women Magazine, Dress For Success Volunteer, sits on the Emerging Leaders Public Policy Committee and member of Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2019.
Chelsea is passionate about women discovering and experiencing freedom in who they were designed to be. Chelsea is a daughter, sister, and Aunt of two adorable toddlers. Chelsea’s motto is, “Be an encourager, the world has plenty of critics.”
